Shipping and Delivery

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Contact us if the package comes damaged and we will make it right!

International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pets at Heart Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

We will contact you if there are specific shipping policies for your country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Pets at Heart Boutique will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. This may include replacing the stolen item.

Returns and Refunds

Hello pet parents! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn’t work out for your pup. We want you to be happy with your purchases and so we want to offer you a flexible return policy.

OUR 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY 

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase if your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at loveandsupport@petsatheartboutique.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

* PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover improper usage and/or abuse, accidental damage, water damage, worn or washed items, or any abuse of the purchased product.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-returnable merchandise

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), toys (we can’t guarantee the longevity of toys) and personal care goods (such as shampoos).

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  ** Please note – if you’ve received the wrong item, the item was damaged or if there is a manufacture defect, we will send you a return label so that you do not have to pay for shipping for the returned item.
