Our ultimate aspiration is to establish a rescue center solely devoted to dogs, where we can make an even greater impact on their lives. Giving back to others and assisting those in need is the beating heart of our purpose, and we strive to create a positive difference in the lives of these loyal companions.

Hello! My name is Cindy Helling and I am the founder of Pets at Heart Boutique. I am dedicated to building innovative, smart and easy online shopping solutions for pet parents. My passion is for pet families to come together, to support each other as a community and to be provided with products needed for their loved ones. I am available to support you with your decisions and can even provide fashion advice for your dog. I am here for you and want to be of support.
My background is in special education. I am a teacher for students with mild/moderate needs and have been in this profession for 25 years now. I am an advocate for my students and do what’s needed to support their growth and their self-confidence. Every child is such a gift and each one has incredible gifts to bring to this world.
My passion is to help pets in need, for those who have homes and those looking for homes. My dream is to some day build a rescue center.
